                                     How it Works ?

In the analog clock, the longer hand is the minute hand, and the shorter hand is the hour hand, as seen in the video. The clock face has dial numbers from 1 to 12, which rotates clockwise. One day is 24 hours long, and the analog clock shows time in a 12-hour format. See the picture below:

There is a third hand, which is the second hand, and it runs faster. There are 60 minutes in an hour and 60 seconds in a minute. For every 60 minutes, there is a change in hour, and everything goes clockwise.

                                                   Everyday Use🕗

Time is a basic skill that everyone requires as it is useful in our day-to-day lives. Using clocks, we can schedule our time, like getting ready for school, knowing when recess and lunch are, when school finishes, and when to finish our tasks. Though we have digital clocks and smartwatches, there are times when we have to make use of only analog clocks. In the main room of any place, clocks are a centre of attraction, even in our homes. They run continuously, reminding us that time is up!
